Today Governor of Al Sharkia, Prof. Dr. Said A.Ossman had a surprise tour in the city Mniaalqhemh accompanied by Major General / Khalid Ayoub, the head of the City whereas he resented the chaos of the sellers in front of Culture Palace. Opening of the new tunnel is the first of its kind that has been on Al-Sharkia land at a cost of more than twenty-five million pounds, with a length of 32 m and a height of 4 m and width of 10 m, in addition to the upper lane has half kilometre long and 7 m and other lane parallel to the Abu Hussein station, taken by the driver to Cairo a route to him without going into the tunnel.

After the governor of Al Sharkia Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman received a complaint from the people of Al Husseiniya area during his tour in the streets of Zagazig to check on the security situation whereas the locals confirmed that gas warehouse there witnesses crowds and suffering from a shortage of gas cylinders while selling them for trading in the black market.
Immediately the governor went to the warehouse and personally followed the distribution of the cylinders on the citizens where the car drivers with the owner of the warehouse manipulated the distribution of half the amount to be discharged into the black market and the governor arrested trailer designed to transport gas cylinders loaded in favor of the mafia the black market.
Supply supervisors were summoned to follow the distribution process and the governor ordered to seize the trailer and take all legal action against those responsible. The governor called during the meetingto add the clause in the contract in which the buyer undertakes to pay the full value of the insurance to the original owner of factory (the seller) so as not to cut off the power and to collect the amount of 25 pounds on a meter for three years and 35 pounds for five years when the factory is rented.

Governor stressed on stopping the issuance of new licenses for Basateen zone of Ismailia based on the instructions of the Industrial Development Authority, and the old factories will have 3 months temporary licenses no reverse for this decision.

During his tour of streets of Zagazig, which began in seven in the morning Dr. Reda Abdel-Salam, Al Sharkia Governor, asked to start working in shifts for lifting garbage from the streets of Zagazig at six a.m. and that in order to spread optimism among the people when they see clean streets with the beginning of a new day, and to create a clean and sophisticated city.
The governor stressed on the need for concerted efforts, find a formula for the collecting of garbage from homes and discuss the possibility of return cleaning company to work in Zagazig.

Dr. Redda Abdulsalam - Governor of Al Sharkia has begun its executive meeting of the Council with a minute's silence to stand for the souls of the martyrs of the homeland.
Dr. Redda Abdulsalam - Governor of Al Sharkia asked heads of centers, cities and neighborhoods and directors of service departments and authorities and engineering departments, which has become a disaster by any standards to prepare monthly reports about the size of violations located on state property and farmland and to make inventory to be presented to the governor immediately, it came during a meeting held by the governor today with the officials of the governorate in the presence of General / Sami Sidehom - Deputy Governor and General / Yacob Imam, General Secretary and General / Tariq Al Harouny - assistant general secretary.
The governor stressed on the low level of streets cleanliness of Zagazig and worn out roads where the governor decided to start garbage collection process from six in the morning over three shifts a day until the creation of new things such as collecting garbage from source and contracting with companies of garbage.
The governor asked to impose immediate fines on owners of buildings who stores for building materials in the streets and deal with them firmly.
He warned during the meeting to stand at the same distance between all candidates of parliamentary elections, to remove all posters and electoral propaganda in violation of the law and meet deadlines for advertising according to the law for the completion of the election in proper manner.
Governor expressed his dissatisfaction with the low level of the health sector, calling it does not meet the needs and aspirations of the citizens, and asked the executive body to expand the participation of civil society to make real development and provide jobs for young people.
During the meeting, the governor asked to prepare a report on investment opportunities in all Center of Al Sharkia in order to put on the map of tourism investment in Egypt and to undertake an inventory of all available land and prepare a feasibility study to be presented through to next March Economic Conference in Sharm El-Sheikh.

Then, the governor went to the second neighborhood of Zagazig and met with employees and said:" I defy corruption and refuse the failure and we must change the publics perception of the reputation of the localities especially sections of the engineering departments in cities and rural units and accelerate the performance in the completion of the interests of citizens."
Dr. Redda Abdulsalam asked to speed communication with the head of Zagazig University to develop performance of technology center to serve the citizens, headed by second neighborhood of Zagazig through the experiences of College of Computer and Engineering.
The governor met Abdul Ghani Mohammed who has his application for engineering management and promised him to follow-up his application by himself and met with workers of the bakery and the cleaning projects, whereas he explained that he would meet them in his office within days to overcome all the obstacles for them to finish the procedures of the permanent employing and to deliver the financial entitlements.

Dr. Redda Abdulsalam - Governor of Al Sharkia stressed that his office is open to all and he works for the public good, pointing out that he identified Tuesday of each week for the reception of citizens and to discuss their problems in the presence of directors of the departments of service in order to save time and efforts of the citizens, as the governor stressed on the citizens service management to keep good treatment of the public and receive complaints from the citizens in full coordination with the directors of departments and heads of centers, cities and neighborhoods, and "I am said the server to all."

Dr. Redda Abdulsalam - Governor of Al Sharkia held a meeting with managers of public and central hospitals with the presence of Major General / Sami Sidehom - Deputy Governor and Dr. Essam Amer - Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health to review the problems and obstacles within the health sector in Al Sharkia.
The governor stressed that the health sector in the governorate needs more work, effort and discipline to provide quality medical service for patients, pointing out that he has today made a surprise visit to the Alahrar Zagazig hospital and decided to stop the director of the hospital from work and transferred him to investigation as he was not at the hospital and for low level of medical service for patients.
Governor also instructed the heads of the centers to have periodic follow-up on the general and central hospitals to bring discipline to work within the system. He asked the Undersecretary Minister of Health to pay attention for the choice of reception staff in hospitals and recommended the good treatment of patients attending the hospital.

The governor asked to have coordination between the departments of Youth and Sports, Education, Culture, Social Affairs and Endowments, Al-Azhar and the Islamic Dawa Committee in order to have serious mechanisms for the dissemination of true religion. This came during a committee attended by the Islamic call committee and the presence of Major General Yacob Imam the general –secretary and headed by the governor in person.
Governor praised the experience giving religious capsules in the morning assembly in the schools to implement the Protocol between the Ministry of Education and Al-Azhar by giving lectures on Truth of Islami for ¼ hour in the morning, stressing that it is a great idea and required fast start of the implementation of this idea in various schools of the governorate.

The governor toured the hospital departments including (digestive binoculars unit - Intensive Care - dialysis department - nurseries) ... Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health was commissioned to address the specialized medical boards in Cairo and in Al Ahrar hospital to speed treatment decisions of (Ibo) drug for dialysis patients after a complaint from doctors of the slow decisions of the committees formed to issue consent to treatment..
At the city hall of Abu Hammad, the governor cautioned the workers to focus on their work and to complete the work carefully and asked for the head of the center, who turned not to be in his office by the arrival of the governor as he had tour inside the city. In Engineering Management, the governor stressed on the need for workers to change the bad reputation of the engineering departments, said to have self and hand purification and the fear of Allah in heart. The governor asked for a timetable for the completion of the fixtures and finishes are being implemented in the city hall and stressed on the importance of placing signs on offices to facilitate on the citizens finding their way in the hall as soon as possible.

Dr. Redda Abdulsalam- Governor of Al Sharkia decided to punish the administrators of cleaning in first and second districts of Zagazig and transferred them to investigation due to the low level of cleaning in Zagazig and the accumulation of piles of garbage and mounds of dust in all the streets in addition to the spread of the water swamps because of the sewages and sanitation.

The governor commented that even though I have tour every day and despite strong warnings and despite repeated penalties and my instructions to work three shifts to clean starting from six in the morning until the citizen feels comfortable. But today I have found the situation is getting worse and it seems that we have become accustomed to indifference.
