Dr / Redda AbdulSalam Al-Sharkia Governor decided to form a specialized technical committee from the governorate and the Directorate of Social Solidarity to review all associations for orphans which numbering about 24, engaged in the care of the orphan, stressing that he will not have mercy on violators who will be referred to public prosecution.

This came during his participation in honoring ceremony for orphans in Police Club in Zagazig and the distribution of gifts for 40 boys and girls in the presence of Major General Sameh Kelani – Al-Sharkia director of security and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Solidarity, and the governor said in his speech to the orphans that" I tasted the bitterness of orphanhood , my father died when I was 11 years old and thanks to God, after a struggle trip I have got to be the governor of Al-Sharkia, one of the largest governorates of the Republic in space and humans."
