During his tour of streets of Zagazig, which began in seven in the morning Dr. Reda Abdel-Salam, Al Sharkia Governor, asked to start working in shifts for lifting garbage from the streets of Zagazig at six a.m. and that in order to spread optimism among the people when they see clean streets with the beginning of a new day, and to create a clean and sophisticated city.

The governor stressed on the need for concerted efforts, find a formula for the collecting of garbage from homes and discuss the possibility of return cleaning company to work in Zagazig.

He called for the fight against searching the garbage phenomena and raising sheep on the piles of garbage in the streets because of imminent danger to public health.

Dr. Reda Abdel Salam followed the raising of the garbage piles in the streets of the second district in Alqwmiya , Algsham and  Alqnater 9 where he noticed the spread of the street vendors.

Also, he went to the first neighborhood of Zagazig where he praised the level of cleanliness first district. Then, he went to the second neighborhood campaign and demanded to intensify the shifts and to solve the streets washing truck and to find financial resources necessary for the operation within a week.

Then, the governor of Al Sharkia surprised the students Owaida Elementary School in Zagazig and visited the classes noted high density classes to be 65 students enrolled, and asked the school principal to communicate with Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education to make the necessary expansions and exploitation of space, and listened to the complaints of the teachers for the piles of garbage in front of the school and called for the need for picturing the vehicles that throw garbage in front of schools and imposing a fine and immediate withdrawal of licenses and confiscation of the car, emphasizing on the message of science in Egypt's new building.
