In the framework of the initiative (effective civil work under the auspices of Dr. Redda Abdulsalam- Governor of Al Sharkia and the presence of Maj. Gen. Sami Sidehom, Major General Yacob Hassan Imam, general secretary, accountant Yawfiq Hammad consultant of the governor for civil work.

The governor received a delegation from the heads of the young student unions at the University of Zagazig, and the governor said in his speech" the youth are the hope of Egypt in the coming stage and has an active role in community development with the help of older expertise to push the systematic change process and to achieve the desired hopes.

The governor listened to the views of youth in the problems facing society and demanded the youth to develop proposed solutions to address these problems. The consultant for civil work was commissioned   to arrange a meeting with the youth with the governor on the second Sunday of every month as well as to prepare for conference of the leading centers and effective associations for coordinating the performance of the services to the citizens, especially the poorest villages.
