Dr. Redda Abdulsalam- Governor of Al Sharkia attended the first meeting of the Supreme Council of Universities in Zagazig University in the presence of the Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research Minister and all the chancellors of universities nationwide...

Dr. Redda Abdulsalam had speech on this occasion saying" It is fortunate that the first meeting of the Council of Universities held at the University of Zagazig and I am the governor of this governorate and honored to attend this meeting .."

The governor welcomed Dr. Al Sayied Abdul Khaliq, Minister of Higher Education, saying: "I have the honor as he is my great teacher.  He also welcomed all university presidents and all those who attended the meeting and called on everyone to pray that Allah helps him in this difficult task and helps him to serve the people of this region ...

The governor pointed out that there is  an activating of all protocols that have been signed between the governorate and the university, said that the University of Zagazig has selection of eminent scientists in all specializations, and it is a great beacon of science ...

He said that the university is an expertise house for Al Sharkia and all professors are used in many developmental and cultural projects that serve the environment, society and the governor praised the fruitful cooperation and creative and good spirit of Dr. Ashraf al-Shehhi and his collaborators from the University of Zagazig in providing the entire expertise to Al Sharkia.
