The governor asked for the need to take advantage of recycling factory workers to recycle garbage in the system of lifting piles of garbage with making financial incentives to encourage workers and drivers to work three shifts in the city, stressing on the need for the presence of cleaners in main squares on an ongoing basis to raise the garbage immediately to make city of Zagazig clean and worthy of being the capital of Al Sharkia ..

Dr. Redda Abdulsalam recommended making division of labor system of cleaning the streets to determine responsibility for negligence, with the continuation of work on Thursday, Friday and Saturday to lift the garbage.  He discussed the problems of the contractors transferring garbage from the streets to areas such as Al Khattara. Also, the governor asked for an immediate meeting with the contractors to resolve problems and motivate them to exert maximum effort and make Zagazig free city of garbage.
