To implement the directives of Eng. Ibrahim Mahlab - the Prime Minister to resolve the problem of Abu Samran (1.2 residential)areas  in Belbais center that facing the required drinking water line to feed the 10th  of Ramadan water plant, Governor of Al Sharkia, Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman succeeded in negotiating with the people of the area  and started disbursement of compensation.

This came during a meeting with the committee of evaluation in the Office of the governor and  the presence of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Housing  in Al Sharkia in preparation for the exchange of financial receivables, estimated by 22 million pounds, stressing on the seriousness of transparency and social justice as the national interest comes in the forefront of the political leadership of the government.

The Governor commissioned Chief of space and the director of agricultural reform to present this afternoon in the Office of the governorate to start contracting with people and exchange of compensation prescribed in the presence of Major General / Sameh El Kelani - Security Director and Jihan Abdel Moneim - representative of the Council of Ministers.

The manager of the agrarian reform Directorate is commissioned to have a signed letter to waive the ownership of the lands for public benefit in addition to send a letter for entitlements of agrarian reform among the citizens and to negotiate that.
