After the governor of Al Sharkia Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman received a complaint from the people of Al Husseiniya area during his tour in the streets of Zagazig to check on the security situation whereas the locals confirmed that gas warehouse there witnesses crowds and suffering from a shortage of gas cylinders while selling them for trading in the black market.

Immediately the governor went to the warehouse and personally followed the distribution of the cylinders on the citizens where the car drivers with the owner of the warehouse manipulated the distribution of half the amount to be discharged into the black market and the governor arrested trailer designed to transport gas cylinders loaded in favor of the mafia the black market.

Supply supervisors were summoned to follow the distribution process and the governor ordered to seize the trailer and take all legal action against those responsible. The governor stressed on the need for the maximum penalty applicable to the sale of the gas cylinder on the black market, taking advantage of the current circumstances in the country, pointing out that he will not allow the exploitation of the ordinary citizen in the most basic rights that must be provided to him.

The governor gave orders to provide extra share for the warehouse to eliminate the crowds and mercy citizens to stand hours to switch the cylinders.
