Executive board under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Al Sharkia discussed and secretariat Brigade / Yacob Imam - General Secretary of the governorate and in the presence of Major General / Sami Sidhom - the deputy governor and directors of departments and heads of centers, cities and neighborhoods the preparations for commemorating the glorious revolution of January.

The governor stressed that the governorate has a lot of work of hostile and warned the heads of centers, cities and local units of village and managers of districts to be fully responsible for the buildings and securing vital installations, pointing out that things will work normally. He stressed on the presence of all responsible in the street, pointing out that the army and police will secure vital installations and important.

The traffic management prepared a full traffic plan at the county level to tighten control of the entrances and exits of the governorate and provided border ambushes and cautioned the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health to declare a state of emergency in hospitals and the ambulance during the celebrations of the revolution in January.
