Today Prof. Dr. / Said A. Ossman - Governor of Al-Sharkia had meeting with inhabitants of Belbes and Menia Elqamh in Conference Room in governorate building ,in the presence of Major General Yacob Imam - General Secretary of the governorate in order to overcome the obstacles that face carrying out the circular road project. also  a timetable for the removal of land property that located in the reins of the circular road  had been identified  and an initial amount of money will be paid  to the owners and the full amount of money will be paid for their owners at today's prices or give them alternative land during one month from now.
