Dr. Redda Abdulsalam - Governor of Al Sharkia stressed that his office is open to all and he works for the public good, pointing out that he identified Tuesday of each week for the reception of citizens and to discuss their problems in the presence of directors of the departments of service in order to save time and efforts of the citizens, as the governor stressed on the citizens service management to keep good treatment of the public and receive complaints from the citizens in full coordination with the directors of departments and heads of centers, cities and neighborhoods, and "I am said the server to all."

This came during the meeting today with the governor and the citizens to discuss their problems and provide them with the necessary solutions in Al Diwan.

The requests of citizens included the provision of jobs, housing units, kiosks licenses, increase the share of some of the bakery flour, lack of gas cylinders, a weak electric run and delayed payments of teachers contract ring with the education.
The governor listened ti the citizens' complaints and commissioned the managers of the districts to examine the complaints of citizens and to prepare a full report to be presented to the governor, during the meeting, the governor asked to set up a data base at the governorate level for the numbers of unemployed youth as a prelude to communicate with businessmen, investors and the public sector to provide job opportunities for them and a decent life.
Director of Social Affairs in the governorate also instructed to examine all the critical humanitarian cases and provide all aspects of support and care for breadwinner women, the widows and people with special needs and providing solidarity pension due.
At the end of the meeting, Dr. Redda Abdulsalam decided to determine day of every week in each center to meet people, get to know their problems and take bold and serious decisions to solve the problems of citizens....
