The governor of Al sharkia announced that he decided to start the implementation of the four new plants for waste and agricultural residues recycling in Belbeis and Zagazig to get rid of the garbage problem. This came in a ceremony of Engineers Syndicate to honor the union members in the pension and honoring the recipients of PHD and doctoral degrees and that was in Hall of celebrations at the University of Zagazig.

the governor instructed the chairman  of engineers syndicate prepare architectural civilized vision and design spaces for Canal Al Mesalmyia, Mashtool Alqady in Zagazig and proper exploitation in the creation of markets for vendors, with the allocation of large areas of clubs of Unions, including engineers, stressing that the province relies on Syndicate of Engineers to maintain the implementation of all projects, including  Al sadr bridge at a cost 160 million pounds and  Sherwida bridge and has been providing accreditation data needed to start on 07/01/2015 so that Al sadr bridge will be completed to achieve liquidity traffic in Zagazig

The governor presented congratulations to General Sameh Al Kelani Assistant Minister of Interior Security Director on the occasion of police day and the January 25 revolution, and the governor praised the security  and their efforts exerted to secure the nation as whole.

By the end of the ceremony, the governor distributed gifts to the honorees and presented Shield of the governorate to architect Amani Kafafy, chairman of the engineers union for her prominent role in the service of the governorate...

Major General Sameh Al-Kilani, Assistant Minister of the Interior and the Director of the Security Directorate of Al Sharkia and agents of the Ministry of Housing, electricity, irrigation and roads in southern Sinai and head of the first and second district of Zagazig were in attendance.
