The governor of Al Sharkia, Prof Dr. Said A. Ossman emphasized that the delegated Committee by the Industrial Development Authority commended the high rates of achievement that have been implemented in the industrial zone of Belbeis after the completion of the paving and infrastructure and Al Sharkia is at the forefront of the governorates interested in the industrial zones and working to overcome all the obstacles in front of investors .
This came during the Board of Directors of industrial zones meeting, chaired by Prof Dr. Said A. Ossman and the presence of Major General / Sami Sidehom - Deputy Governor, General Yacob Imam - General Secretary of the governorate, the members of the Board of Belbeis Industrial Zone Management and the heads of the boards of drinking water companies that implement of the drinking water stations in the region, electricity and head ofBelbais city.
The governor alerted the paving company to repair any damages occur because of the pavementof sanitation and drinking water lines projects.The governor also gave a maximum of 3 months deadline for the completion of the special industrial zone desalination plant after the delivery of the final design of the station from the Consulting Office, with the completion of the trucing rooms that to be created to balance the pressure on the network.
He also agreed on a request from some factories owners (filling LPG plant) for approval to extend the sewage from industrial zone line to the plant,on condition that the owner of the factory bears all delivery expenses under the supervision of drinking water and Sanitation Company and contribute for favor of future expansionand maintenancefund.
The governor called during the meetingto add the clause in the contract in which the buyer undertakes to pay the full value of the insurance to the original owner of factory (the seller) so as not to cut off the power and to collect the amount of 25 pounds on a meter for three years and 35 pounds for five years when the factory is rented.
For Basateenzone of Ismailia:
Governor stressed on stopping the issuance of new licenses for Basateen zone of Ismailia based on the instructions of the Industrial Development Authority, and the old factories will have 3 months temporary licenses no reverse for this decision.
The governor said that, based on the actions that have been taken over the non-serious investors the problem of all the occupied space is overand the implementation of all projects is being carried out except to allow for 4drugs companies and factories to be postponed until the sewage network in the region is completed.
The governor said about 5 and a half million pounds were collected in favor of investment officein the governorate, pointing out that the Sub-Committee, which was formed to pass the investors succeeded in ending all sale and change leasing activity problemsin the region.
Moreover,Governor announced that in the coming dayssmall-scale industries complex will be implemented for youth with participation of Industries Federation, noting that it will expand in the region and to allocate a part for sale to young people.
