In the first working day of Dr. Reda Abdel Salam the new governor of Al Sharkia met with staff working in Diwan and called for the development of performance and raising the efficiency of employees and the speed of answering the requests of the citizens, pointing out that he will not tolerate errors and will punish the negligent and at the same time will reward the hard-working.

The governor announced in his plan to eradicate corruption in all its forms and manifestations, pointing out that (those who manipulate has no place with me) ...

The governor said:"  I am a Law and Economics  man and appreciates the good value of time" and asked leaders of the governorate to prepare lists of the names of those who slow down to communicate with citizens and solving their problems and said " who doesn't work effectively, doesn't belong with us."

Dr. Reda Abdel Salam the new governor of Al Sharkia declared delivering Internet service to all departments of public office for the speed of communication and interaction with citizens and solves all their problems...

The governor also announced the signing of a cooperation protocol with the University of Zagazig to take advantage of the expertise available, modern equipment and advanced methods of work in order to train staff and increase efficiency...

The governor noted that he will prepare a report on tourism investment opportunities in the governorate to display through the economic conference in Sharm El-Sheikh next March with a view to put Al Sharkia on tourist map of Egypt...

Moreover, the governor asked to put new non-conventional ideas for the development of resources of the governorate and not to rely on the state budget...

In the area of cleaning, the governor asked to develop cleanliness system to be felt by the citizen and said:" I will develop and launch new insights for the development of this system...

The governor asked the media support and to stand beside him whereas the governor emphasized on the important role of the media in communicating with the public and to highlight the efforts of the executive body and asked to hold a meeting next week with all the expanded media, journalists and channels correspondents to agree on a work plan for the next phase.
