During the meeting with Khaled Nasr, the general director of the fund in Sharkia, Prof. Said Abed Al aziz, governor of Sharkia, announced that the Social Fund for development has pumped 204 million E.P. for more than 15.000 small and micro enterprises all the governorate.
The governor declared that the fund gave the governorate more than 60million, including 27.8 for maintaining the schools, 5 millions for pavement, 8.6 for removing the weeds from the canals, and 4.5 millions for installing water webs in the poor villages, in addition to the aids of 16 million for NGOs through the employment program.
Khalid Nasr elaborated that the fund contributed in combining the informal and formal sectors by establishing the one office system in the branch of the fund. This office facilitates issuing various documents, licenses, taxes records and trade records with the attendance of representatives of the local units, taxes, environment, and industrial security for not more than 1% of the capital listed in the trade record, referring that the fund only deals with projects of not more than 1 million capital.

Based on the instructions from the Minister of Agriculture and Governor of Sharkia and the security chief by the necessity for coordination between the water bodies police and the Department of Agriculture to prosecute smugglers and manipulators of fertilizers and pesticides, there has been coordination between the secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Colonel Ahmed Mahdi's water bodies police chief. Chemical fertilizers dealer was arrested in Zagazig heading for Upper Egypt with amount of 22 tons of smuggling chemical fertilizers.

Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman - Governor of Sharkia has laid the foundation stone for the police hospital in Bordain on space of 1483 m2 at a cost of 4,956,000$ to serve individuals and civilians workers in the Police Force.
The governor of Sharkia announced" Today we put the foundation stone for the hospital because we believe the role of the police officers heroes in the face of terrorism and to address the enemies of our homeland. They are sleepless for the comfort of the citizens and for the security throughout the province." The governor pointed out that it represents a major addition to the health sector in Sharkia.
The governor added that the the building has three floors; land floor includes analysis labs, pharmacy, internists clinic and general surgery. Prof.Dr. Said Ossman, Sharkia governor, issued a decree for collecting"5 pounds" for each meter as fees of supervision and building license issuing, collected by local units and main towns. These fees are considered insurance for lifting and moving the wastes when the license is issued, as following:
For main towns:
· 20 pounds for each meter for license of demolition
· 20 pounds for each meter for license of building
For villages:
· 10 pounds for each meter for license of demolition
· 5 pounds for each meter for license of building
These fees will be collected to account of the service fund in the governorate. The main towns and villages chairmen must put instructions that insure the commitment of the license issuer to move the wastes. The formed committee for accelerating the services in Sharkia has reached the agreement of preparing the demands of the strategic plan of the next five years, considering the demands of portable water, sanitation, electricity, irrigation, main town councils and neighborhoods as the main priorities.
Also, the committee demanded the info& facilities network center of prep airing executive integrated plan to install all the facilities and to facilitate the procedures in order to achieve the desired performance and the execution of the governorate strategic plans.
The committee will send a note to the minister of transportation to exempt the services authorities from the annual as the national authority for portable water and sanitation, especially when the government has positive intention to carry this out.
One of the agreed missions is coordinating between the cities and neighborhoods and the electricity company to supply the necessary lands to install the electric engines with the encouragement of the citizens who will donate the lands or estimating suitable prices for their lands in order to accelerate the services accomplishment.
The committee will demand all the authorities that have digging works on the roads to repave these roads in order to decrease the costs and consider the suitable quality.
The general direction of executing and editing the strategic plans of the governorate to achieve the sustainable development in all the fields, led by the governor of Sharkia, has been gratefully praised by the committee during the meeting.

Prof. Said A. Ossman, governor of Al sharkia, had meeting with the committee from the world bank, the international water facility, the holding company for portable water & sanitation, the national authority for portable water & sanitation, and the irrigation& water sources ministry for studying the means of cooperation to make the best use of the grant given by the international water facility& the world bank through planned projects for the sanitation and subsurface drainage and to have the ideal researches to utilize the solid wastes. It is worthy known that the grant is estimated by 75 million $ to carry out the sanitation projects in the villages of the governorate, including treatment stations, lifting networks and plants to cover almost all the villages of Alsharkia.
The world bank also supports various projects of the irrigation& water sources ministry to develop the water sources in order to raise the quality level of the irrigation water services, to increase the benefits from the available sources, to remove the solid wastes from the drainages and recycle them for reducing the pollution of the water sources.

Prof. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Al-Sharkia declared that the bridge of Alsahfa village will be immediately replaced and renewed, whereas it will be closed for the works on 9th of May at night and the works will be launched on 10th May 2014.
The governor confirmed that the citizens must be informed of these procedures to use the alternative roads. During the monthly meeting with the hospitals mangers, the nursing officials, the pharmacology personnel, the responsible for the infection fighting and by the attending of Dr. Essam Amer, the general secretary of Health ministry in Sharkia, prof. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Al Sharkia confirmed that the emergency medicines for Corona& the H1N1 virus are available in the hospitable for the next 4 months, assuring that all the medical instrument and tools must be operated and maintained in the emergency rooms of the hospitals and the respirators must be fully used.

Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Al Sharkia declared in his speech in the seminar about the Egyptian economic challenges that face the next president, that Egypt needs the cooperation and collaboration between all the citizens besides changing the attitudes and methods of thinking in finding out different solutions out of the ordinary, indicating that there are job vacancies in 10th of Ramdan city and Alsalhyia Algadida city but the youth don’t prefer them over the governmental jobs.

On Saturday Alsharkia governorate held Egyptian Arab horse Festival in Belbis desert under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Sharkia. This festival was held for 19 years before the great revolution of 25th of January but it was revived again this year after great efforts exerted to organize this important event that Alsharkia was famous of. Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Alsharkia declared that it has been decided to organize camps for the students of prep and high schools in the summer to arrange the traffic in the streets of Zagazig in order to make use of the young energy in them. This statement was during his visits to the prep exams rooms, including 617 exam rooms where 99.000 students are tested.
The governor added that the undersectary of health ministry was asked to provide a doctor and a nurse in every school during the exams in order to face any medical condition that could happen to the students because of the stress of the exams.
On the other hand, the governor praised the security presence around the schools in order to protect the students and the teachers from any optional attacks as well as he praised the hygiene level in the rooms of the exams. The governor had the tour in the first day of the exams, accompanied with the undersecretary of the education ministry, whereas they have visited Ahmed Oraby prep school in Zagazig. Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman, governor of Alsharkia asked the commercial chamber in the governorate to prepare feasibility study for the exhibit of Ramdan on12 feddans on Zagazig/ Bebis road and to invite all the specialized businessmen and professionals to participate in this exhibit with the suitable prices for the citizens.

Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Al Sharkia assured that there will be great attention to the supplying monitoring and the daily follow up on all the bakeries till the new system of the smart cards is applied in order to control the mafia of stealing of the subsided flour and asked the supplying offcials to prepare weekly reports of evaluating the bakeries for that, referring that the subsided bread costs millions on the country every day and it goes in this mafia, therefore this new system will be applied firstly on the bad reputation bakeries and known of their violations.
This statement came during the meeting of the high committee of bakery, headed by the governor and attended by the manager of the supply department, owners of some bakeries, and the chairman of the commercial chamber, whereas the governor added that the system of separating the distribution from the production is importantly to be reactivated and threatened those who don’t attend in their jobs by dismissing even the responsible manager will be punished.
The governor agreed on having outlet for selling the bread away from the bakery by 50m in order to absorb the high density and announced that the commercial chamber has finished more than 260 outlet all over the governorate to sell the stables, bread, gas pipes with the official prices to fight the high prices and monopoly. 10 records were taken against violating bakeries because of selling the flour during the sudden campaign of the supplying officials by the dawn of today, as well as records for the weight of the leaves.

Today, Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Al Sharkia has opened Environmental Monitoring unit in Family Medicine Center of Alaslogy by the attendance of Dr. Essam Amer, the undersecretary of health ministry, and the general Mamdouh Taha, the chairman of Zagazig main town and assured that this unit is considers as huge step in the field of public health for protecting the environment, treating the water of the pollution as well as the air which helps to avoid the negative impacts on health and the great costs of medicine and treating the patients who were diseased because of this pollution.
The governor added that Moais river has great level of pollution although its water is used in the portable water stations and the irrigations of the planted lands and there will be serious legal procedures to be taken when the results of the analysis of the water are found out.
The governor decaled that it is a must to report any violations of the authorities that could pollute the air or the water resources because it is not acceptable anymore to neglect this kind of violations.
Dr. Essam Amer, the undersecretary of health ministry stated that the aim of this unit is to find out any mineral elements in the water because of the sanitation of the factories and the vapors come out of their chimneys that lead to hurting the citizens.

Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman, governor of Alsharkia decided analyze the portable water of the water station in industrial zone of Belbis , pointing out the need to start implementing the desalination plant at a cost of 5 million pounds after noting the complaints of factory owners of the double of salinity rate up to 1600 ....
It also is approved on the demand for businessmen to operate the plant three shifts with the presence of supervisor and workers, with the establishing of the tank to avoid the phenomenon of running out the water in the factories, with an emphasis on the establishment of a desalination plant for producing 50 liters per second, whereas the costs will be paid by the factories.

Ossman, governor of Alsharkia agreed to form a committee headed by General Tariq Harouny, General Assistant Secretary, and the membership of the General Authority for sewage, Investors Association in the industrial zone and the investment for daily monitoring of the factories after repeating the violation of drainage on sewage project before the completion of the works by the end of 2014.
He stressed on the necessity to follow up and prepare a daily report. The governor threatened to close the violated factories and they will pay the cost of utilities and recommended accelerating the implementation of the Expulsion line and lift station and ask the contractor to work 24 hours a day before the end of 30.06.2014 ...
The governor asked to study the possibility of establishing a plant of Biogas on wastewater of the factories to generate electricity and use it to provide energy for plants and also natural gas.

The governor decided to form a committee to put the necessary criteria for the distributing the area of 20 acres. The governor said "the applicant must have no other lands, with the best use of the project. He must sponsor some enterprises of the young graduated."

Prof. Dr. Said A. Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Alsharkia has met Dr. Azza Ashmawy,the general secretary of the national council for childhood& motherhood to discuss the activation of the committees for protecting the child in the governorate.Dr. AzzaAshmawy declared that these committees were not activated since the establishment in 2008 although it is important for monitoring and protecting the children for any possible abuse or violence that could happen in the society. Another sudden campaign was held on the dawn of Thursday15/5/2014 by the directions of Prof. Dr.Said AbdulA.Ossman,the governor of Al sharkia for fully controlling the bakeries and whole supervision. The campaign was headed by Gen. MamdouhTaha,chairman of the centerand the city of ZagazigandEng. Owner of a baker sold the oaf of the subsided bread by 10 piasters instead of 5 only, therefore the governor issued a decree to close this bakery, to investigate with the owner in the general attorney, dismissing the manager of the bread project in the second neighborhood of Zagazig, punishing the officials who aren’t available in the outlets and the supplying supervisors who aren’t in the bakeries.

· the immediate investigating with the supply inspectors who did not perform their work and weren’t in the workplace to be transferred from their places .

· Editing(4) records for a number of bakeries who illegally sold their share of the subsided flour. the governor recommended the head of the campaign , General / MamdouhTaha - chairman of the Center and the city of Zagazig to prepare Instant memorandum to the supplying division to transfer the owners of the bakeries who have sold the sacks of subsidized flour on the black market to the public prosecution.
· Gen. MamdouhTaha said that 21 sacks of subsidized flour were found to be intended for sale on the black market have been confiscated for the benefit of Project Bread .
· The governor decided to transfers the employees of separating production from distribution project to the investigation for not being in their workplace in violation of the instructions of the governor to reactivate the project.

Today 20/5/2014, The executive meeting of Alsharkia governorate has been held and headed by Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Al Sharkia, and the presence of General Samy Sidhom- the vice governor, General Tariq Alharony, the assistant general secretary, the mangers of the firms and authorities, the secretaries of the ministries and the chairmen of the cities.
The arrangements for the presidential elections were the most important point of the agenda of the meeting, whereas all the equipment for comforting the citizens and helping the army in securing the election process that will be on 24th and 25th of May are being provided. Also, the rest places of the judges are being prepared by the help of the Security Directorate, the local units and the electricity& power authorities.
The public cleanliness was also discussed in the executive meeting, whereas the chairmen of the cities assured that the level of cleaning is being increased all over the governorate but a lot of efforts will be exerted to remove all the wastes that are around the elections committees.
One of the points on the agenda was the investing plan of fiscal year 2013/2014, whereas the projects that are being carried out were discussed and the governor confirmed that the projects must be completed during the next three months, especially the projects of paving.

On 8/6/2014, the governor of Sharkia Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman has suddenly visited the projects of the Fountain in the front of the governorate building as well as the new decorating of Al-Mohfaza Bridge that are being carried out. Also, the governor went to follow up the works in the tunnel of Abo Alriesh and while being there, the governor ordered and to collect fine of 10.000 EGP from the owner of new tower being built whereas the building materials are occupying the road and to stop working in the tower.

The governor of Sharkia Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman has met people from San Alhajr city to discuss the problems and obstacles they face. The most important point that was discussed the portable water because of the electricity continuous cut off. The delegation asked the governor to put the city in the priorities of the governorate and to enlist the city in the touristic cities and the governor responded for their requests and told them that the city is very vital for being the capital of ancient Egypt.
The citizens were happy by the bold decisions of the governor, whereas he gave orders to solve the problem of water and sanitations by the concerned authorities and asked them to prepare for making new station in the city.
Also, the governor gave orders to pave the road of San al hajr/ teraa alsalam to ink the city with Ismailia governorate in order to develop the tourism of the one day. The orders were given to the health department to make the necessary procedures to establish central hospital in the city. Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Alsharkia has visited AlIbrahimya central hospital to open the nursery unit of 17 places that were established by the civil efforts of the citizens in the city. Also, he opened kindergarten for the children of the employees in the hospital and he praised the citizens and their efforts to support the road of developing and building, as well as he asked for more supporting the medicine field to raise the quality of the services.
Dr. Essam Abedallah, the undersecretary of the medicine ministry in Zagazig, declared that there is actual lack of some specialties and the manpower but on the other hand he decided to have 2 residents in the hospital from the beginning of the next week.
The governor had meeting with the people of the city to listen to their problems and needs. He intensified on the necessary of being in the street with the citizens to sole the daily problems and asked to increase the supplying captains on the gas stores and bakeries.
The chairman of the city was given orders to have comprehensive vision for solving all the problems in the city to put it on the priorities of the new fiscal year 2014/2015.
"No easiness on any corruption, delaying any services is considered violation. The satisfaction of the citizen will be the main criteria of evaluating the chairmen of cities." The governor elaborated.
After the visit to AlIbrahimya, the governor suddenly visited the central hospital of Hehyia to make sure that the doctors are available. He entered the rays section, the IC unit, the liver units, the nursery unit and er unit.
The manger of the hospital was asked to prepare comprehensive report about the hospital every week. Also, the governor asked on the process of the electronic link and its activity on the nursery viability. Moreover, the governor visited the burnings hospital to follow up the works in order to be opened on 30th of next June. The contractor was notified that there will be a fine if the works are delayed as we are in the phase of working and cooperating not delaying and wasting time.

Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Alsharkia had meeting with the members of the national council for women, headed by Fatma Alsherbiny to discuss the achievements of the council in the governorate.
Fatma Alsherbiny reviewed the objectives of the National Council for Women to improve the economic status of women, its participation in political life, and to strengthen its role in the community, especially after the revolutions of January 25 and June 30, which witnessed active participation by women to express their opinion.
She also discussed the most important projects that have been implemented during the previous period, in collaboration with NGOs and the Directorate of Social Solidarity in addition to many activities, such as conferences, seminars and public meetings in order to make women aware of all the issues and keep coping with the political and various social events, as well as organizing several therapeutic convoys at the governorate level, especially in remote areas and poor coordination with the Department of Health and the Health Insurance branch and youth, Sports and social Affairs and Awqaf of Alsharkia.

Finally, after the insistence of the hard work of Dr. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Alsharkia to provide new energy to solve the fuel crisis and the fruitful cooperation with the University of Zagazig and the renewable energy experts and Businessmen's Association in Alexandria, Biogas units began, which were installed in eight homes in the village of Saft henna of Abu Hammad, to pump natural gas from animal manure and kitchen waste and solid waste through the discovery of three Brewers to be used for the first time in Egypt and the world to transform the remnants of the kitchen and humans to the natural gas in units cost from 3,500EGP: 7000EGP for the unit ....
And about the experiment, Dr. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Alsharkia declared that the biogas project aims to exploit all remnants of the village of animal and human and convert it to biogas energy, pointing out that each one kg of the waste can be converted into a 60-liter gas. He added that the gas biogas has no impurities, is identical to the environment and can be exploited in running generators instead of diesel fuel in addition to the operating of irrigation pumps.
The governor referred that there will be training for the companies and individuals to set up the units, maintain it, operate it, and follow it up for various aims and purposes.
Prof. Yasien Alauoty, the consultant of the project and the energy professor in the faculty of science, declared that Biogas is considered the magic solution for fuel crisis and to face the raising prices of the gas pipes, indicating that most the geologist researches proved that petrol will be run out by 2040, therefore there must finding out new alternatives of the renewable energies.

Dr. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Alsharkia decided formatting of a committee of financial and administrative inspection for restructuring the quarries project financially and administratively. The Committee also will review all of the financial operations of this important project and prepare a detailed report in a week and present it immediately to the governor.
It also decided to open sub-account within the General Fund of the services to finally fund services after the review. Paying is not allowed unless the project manager is notified and there is approval of the higher authorities in the governorate.

The governor of Al Sharkia, Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman met the chairmen of the cities and the towns with the presence of the security director in order to regain the state prestige and the discipline in the streets according to the recommendations of the president Al sisi. The first step was by intensified campaign to remove the vendors from the streets of Zagazig and to re-discipline the squares.
The campaign was led by the governor, the security director, and the official leaders of the governorate in the square of Orabi and Altahrir, Algalaa, Albosta streets, while the citizens were very cooperative and happy to get rid of the chaos all over the main town.

The governor of Al Sharkia, Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman suddenly visited the hospital of Abo Kibier on foot without any notice. The manager and the resident doctors weren’t there, therefore the governor decided to transfer the manager and punish the doctors by discounting 3 days of their salary.
"The services that can't be measured won't be developed therefore the performance of the hospitals must be evaluated for the importance it has." The governor declared.
The governor also opened the mosque of Alnour in Kafr Saqr and met the people who told him their problems and their need to overcome the obstacles they face. The governor was shown the appreciation of the citizens.

Today in Saft Alhena village, public conference has been held to announce the success of Biogas experiment under the auspices of the governor of Al Sharkia, Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman and the attendance of the vice- governor, the general assistant secratry, and the team work from Zagazig University as well as General/ Ahmad Faisl the infrastructure consultant of the governor.
Prof. Said A. Ossman declared that this project aims to make the best use of the human and animal wastes and transfer it to biogas energy. The next phase will witness the training of the firms and the individuals on how to establish, operate, and maintain the units of biogas for various purposes by cooperation with the environment affairs authority that is ready to provide all the needed equipment.

The governor of Al Sharkia, Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman, suddenly visited Alahrar hospital in Zagazig at 7 a.m. to make sure that all the doctors are available to present the medical services that citizens need.
The sudden visit revealed that there was no doctors in the er and the absence of nurseries supervisor in addition to the breaking out of four nursery units because of the air conditioner that are nor worked nor maintained in all the hospital.
By having team of the financial and administrative inspection, the governor decided to punish the doctors in the kidney dept. by discounting 3 days of the salary for not being in the hospital to follow up the cases and the shortage of the medicines. Therefore, the governor will send a letter to the health minister to provide the medicine and the blood to the patients.
" the routine controls the hospitals and faces the doctors who complained about the rules and complicated laws." The governor added.
As lighting spot, the governor ordered to reward the nurses' supervisor( Rehab Ramdan Ahmed) in the kidney dept. for being there and following up the medical cases by paying three days of her salaryas bonus . On the other hand, the governor was very upset by the visitors that are all around the hospital without having the places of waiting.
Also, the governor asked the health under-secretary Dr. Essam Amer to prepare schedule of the monitoring the hospitals at morning and night all over the governorate. As responding for the complaints of the workers in the hospital for being so far from the city, the governor decided to provide bus to transfer them to the hospital from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.
The manager of the hospital was given instructions to accelerate the procedures of operating on the poor without returning to the social affairs authority as long as they have no medical insurance and to intensify the maintenance of all the devices and equipment in the hospital.

During the ceremony, the governor asked the youth to realize the real meaning of the revolution and to face the phenomena of bullying that spread all over the republic these days.
The financial rewards and the appreciation certificates were distributed on the winners by cost of 235.000 EGP from the ministry of youth and sports. Also, the governor S announced his desire to organize courses for strategic planning in order to develop the thinking about the working field, referring that dreams with work means no future.
On his part, Dr. Alsayed Mansour - Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth declared that youth centers and sports clubs are now preparing to welcome distinguished summer this year by organizing Ramadan leagues, art and literary competitions, football, table tennis, karate, chess for all stages and age groups with the aim of making social mobility and athletic and youth on the level of all the centers.

Ossman gave orders to the undersecretary of the supplying ministry in the governorate to accelerate the execution of the campaigns on the bakeries complex in Alsaydien neighborhood by having two teams for inspecting the daily works in order to guarantee the quality of the bread and delivering to those who really deserve it.
The governor had his tour in Zagazig city and listened to the complaints of the citizens as well as he gave orders to left the wastes and open the street coming from Almohafza bridge towards Orabi square, confirming on the necessity of starting the work after 12 a.m. in Zaky square. Also, there were orders for removing the advertisements from the streets and squares as long as it is a violation.
The security directorate general Sameh Alkilany, accompanied the governor in his tour in addition to some of the security officials. General Sameh assured that the occupancies removing campaigns are being continued till the feast holidays.

On Friday 20th of June, the governor of Alsharkia, Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman had field tours in cities of Zafazig and Belbies to follow up the works in the projects there. The governor visited the location of Abo alrish tunnel and followed up the execution of the second alley in the tunnel that aims to overcome the traffic jam.
Also, the governor went to Belbies city to visit the sanitation project location, but there was no labors, therefore the governor ordered to collect 10.000 EGP as affine from the contractor and asked the chairman of the city to take the necessary procedure that make sure the fine must to be collected. The governor of Alsharkia, Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman has attended the fifth annual scientific conference in Al sharkia with the presence of Prof. Dr. Sayed Abedlkhaleq, the minister of high education and the chancellor of Zagazig university Prof. Ashraf Alshihy as well as the dean of commerce faculty and the head of the conference Prof. Mohammed Adel.
The governor of Alsharkia, Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman has declared that the correct entrance for the future is to have strategic plans in order to have transformation in the Egyptian economy, indicating that the governorate prepared for long term plan till 2030 for fulfilling the ambitions of the citizens. The conference was titled by" the strategies of supporting the Egyptian economy- future vision", whereas the governor praised the role that the university plays in achieving the creation and development, adding that the human element is essential for the success of any strategy.

Prof. Dr. Sayed Abedlkhaleq, the minister of high education had a speech assuring that any country must have future vision and defined strategy, referring that the high education institutions are the lab of making the human minds and preparing them with thought and skills. The next phase will witness preparing strategy to support the Egyptian economy and one of the main keys id the high education that was neglected for years. Also, paying attention to the functional education is a key to make a link between the outputs of education and the nosiness market in order to provide job vacancies and overcome the unemployment. The minister asked for the necessity of having cooperation with the civil and the private sectors for gaining the results of the students' creations in order to work for the Egyptian future.
The chancellor of Zagazig university Prof. Ashraf Alshihy discussed the activities of the conference, including the modern directions towards the management of the business organizations and the governmental authorities in order to support the Egyptian economy and polices and to motivate the Egyptian ability of competing as well as the statistics methods in supporting the decision making.
While the dean of commerce faculty and the head of the conference Prof. Mohammed Adel talked about the aims of the conference that include developing the scientific researches by having seminars and discussions about the researches related to the magnifying the role of the university in achieving the social development, solving the economic problems, and activating the role of the civil organizations trough supporting the scientific researches and the theoretical applications.

The meeting of the executive council had the agenda of today meeting to discuss the preparation for Rmadan month with all the departments and authorities all over the governorate.
Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Al sharkia decided to form operation room in the governorate building and the cities with the sectors of health, supplying, veterinary, and agriculture in order to monitor the supplying situation daily, provide all the stables needed for the citizens in the holy month, especially the bread and gas pipes.

During the visit to Alhussanyia central hospital, the governor of Al sharkia Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman declared that protocol to provide doctors for the hospitals in the far villages for various specializations will be signed with Zagazig University. Today, the governor of Al sharkia, Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman headed the meeting of the industrial zone board with the presence of the chairman of the board of the investors association in Belbies industrial zone, the chairman of the commercial chamber, the undersecretary of electricity ministry, the manager of the investment office and representatives from the investment authority and the industrial development authority.
The board issued decree for planning the space of 20 feddans on Belebies/ Alasher road as a location for establishing enterprises and small business. The executive bodies of the governorate continued the campaigns to remove the occupancies from the streets of Zagazig by the lead of the governor of Al Sharkia, Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman and the presence of the security directorate General Sameh Alkilany, the chairmen of Zagazig neighborhoods, and the general assistant secretary of the governorate General Tareq Alharony.
" The campaigns are continued as policy of the state and the government to regain the order and discipline in the streets. We had discussion with the vendors to be transferred to the allocated places away from the down town in order to overcome the crisis of the traffic and some of them responded positively." Ossman, intensified campaign has been held and gone to Albosta street and Omar Afandi square to remove the vendors and the occupancies in order to facilitate the traffic ham in Zagazig city. The governor of Al sharkia, Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman has issued a decree for determining the new bus fares after the new increase of the petrol and gas prices . The new bus fare are considered very reasonable and considerate to the citizens as well as it is an obligation that the drivers must be committed to all over the governorate and to the other governorates. The traffic police administration is also committed to execute this fare and stop any violations made by the drivers against the citizens.
After that decision, the governor suddenly visited some bus stations in Zagazig( Meit Ghamr, Om Alzain, Bantaf…) to assure that the fares are used without any violations by the drivers, especially after the new increase of the petrol prices. The governor gave recommendation to have posters for the public that show the new fares up in order to apply the law correctly against whoever will violate it.

Prof. Said A. Ossman, governor of Al Sharkia, announced that the Social Fund for development has pumped 247.2 million EGP since the beginning of the governor was encharged by the governance of Al sharkia, including 114.6 million EGP for 925small enterprise and 66.2 million EGP for 11520 micro projects, as well as 67.4 million EGP as grants for rebuilding 75 schools, repaving roads, and removing weeds from the sides small canals.

During the meeting of the governor of Al sharkia, Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman with the managers of the governmental hospitals and the officials of the health department, there were great decisions taken. The governor gave orders to remove the incinerator of Al Hussaynia hospital to Al khatara zone because of the dangers that threat the citizens' health. Also, the manager of the hospital will be dismissed from his position for not attending the meeting without any reasonable reason or presented apologies.
The governor listened to the problems that face the managers in order to develop the medical services presented to the citizens and gave instructions to complete the electronic link system between the hospitals. He also declared that he won't hesitate to dismiss any manager from his position if there is any negligence in completing the project in the IC, Nursery, and kidney dialysis units as well as the authority of Ambulance.
Moreover, the governor made important decision to form intensive campaigns to collect the dogs and cats from the streets during 48 hours by collaboration with the security directorate, veterinary, health and local units.

The governor of Al sharkia, Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman attended the celebration of the endowments Directorate on the occasion of the Battle of Badr in the presence of the Director of the Directorate, religious leaders of the governorate, the undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth& Sports, chairman of Zagazig second District and one of the leaders of the armed forces and the citizens of Al sharkia in Al Fatah Mosque.

During the meeting with the contractors, chairmen of Zagazig city, managers of transportation, paving, electricity, and roads sectors and the presence of the vice governor General/ Samy Sidehom, the governor of Al sharkia, Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman decided to form a committee from the engineering administration to follow up the projects of paving all over the governorate.
The governor gave orders to accelerate the finishing of Miet Abo Ali road by length of 800m in 24 hours, or immediate punishment will be made against the paving company for delaying the works on Al ahrar/ Sherwida road that is considered critical road that will facilitate the traffic jam all over the city.
Also, the governor of Al sharkia agreed on having alternative road in Alsobky/ Al aslogy road till the bridge of Alsadr area is finished by the engineering authority of the Army Forces.
Moreover, the governor gave instructions to the chairman of Zagazig city in order to collect the wastes and clean the roads of Alkornish beginning from Zagazig University till Qantaer Altesa zone and to collaborate with the traffic administration.
