Prof. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Al-Sharkia declared that the bridge of Alsahfa village will be immediately replaced and renewed, whereas it will be closed for the works on 9th of May at night and the works  will be launched on 10th May 2014.

The governor confirmed that the citizens must be informed of these procedures to use the alternative roads. The topic of this bridge was discussed in the executive meeting of the governorate and its delaying is because of the cement prices although that the governorate has 50% of the costs to be paid for the first stage of the bridge that if it isn’t completed by 30/6/2014, the fund will be returned to Investment Bank.

Therefore, the contractor was immediately called by the governor to acknowledge the reasons behind the delaying and the governor assured that we are in critical phase of time and everybody must sacrifice without any financial returns, then the contractor had instant procedures to beginning the works of renovation.
