The governor of Al sharkia Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman had three following meetings in the agricultural company of San Alhajr in order to solve the problems and operate the conflicting projects, such as (rabbits and animals wealth)

    The governor met the labors and asked them to exert their best efforts to rise up the level of the performance in the company and to have profits that will correct the financial position and the response of the labors was" we are ready for work 24/7 to operate our projects"

The governor gave promises to provide the cattle of 10000 animals from the Emirati grant. Also, the financial money needed to operate these projects can be provided by the governorate. Moreover, there has been an agreement with company of cattle feed to provide the company with its needs.

     The governor had meeting with the citizens of the city and listened to their problems, including the portable water as well as he agreed to contact the portable water and sanitation company to take the necessary procedures to increase the city quota and gave orders to provide the city with three water trucks in order to transfer it to the poor villages. Moreover, he ordered to increase the flour quota for the city in addition to allocate trucks to transfer bread from Zagazig to 35 villages in order to meet the needs of the citizens, assuring that the bakeries must be intensively  monitored to have high quality bread.
