Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman, governor of Alsharkia decided analyze the portable water of the water station in industrial zone of Belbis , pointing out the need to start implementing the desalination plant at a cost of 5 million pounds after noting the complaints of factory owners of the  double of salinity rate up to 1600 ....

It also is approved on the demand for businessmen to operate the plant three shifts with the presence of supervisor and workers, with the establishing of the tank to avoid the phenomenon of running out the water in the factories, with an emphasis on the establishment of a desalination plant for producing 50 liters per second, whereas the costs will be paid by the factories.

Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman, governor of Alsharkia  agreed to form a committee headed by General Tariq Harouny, General Assistant Secretary, and the membership of the General Authority for sewage, Investors Association in the industrial zone and the investment for daily monitoring of the factories after repeating the violation of  drainage on sewage project before the completion of the works by the end of 2014.

He stressed on the necessity to follow up and prepare a daily report. The governor threatened to close the violated factories and they will pay the cost of utilities and recommended accelerating the implementation of the Expulsion line and lift station and ask the contractor to work 24 hours a day before the end of 30.06.2014 ...

The governor asked to study the possibility of establishing a plant of Biogas on wastewater of the factories to generate electricity and use it to provide energy for plants and also natural gas.

He ordered to pay 90% of the letter of guarantee for the company Telecom Egypt where all the telephone work was completed in Belbis industrial area ....

The governor decided to form a committee to put the necessary criteria for the distributing the area of ​​20 acres. The governor said "the applicant must have no other lands, with the best use of the project. He must sponsor some enterprises of the young graduated."
