The governor of Al Sharkia, Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman, suddenly visited Alahrar hospital in Zagazig at 7 a.m. to make sure that all the doctors are available to present the medical services that citizens need.

     The sudden visit revealed that there was no doctors in the er and the absence of nurseries supervisor in addition to the breaking out of four nursery units because of the air conditioner that are nor worked nor maintained in all the hospital.

       By having team of the financial and administrative inspection, the governor decided to punish the doctors in the kidney dept. by discounting 3 days of the salary for not being in the hospital to follow up the cases and the shortage of the medicines. Therefore, the governor will send a letter to the health minister to provide the medicine and the blood to the patients.

"      the routine controls the hospitals and faces the doctors who complained about the rules and complicated laws." The governor added.

      As lighting spot, the governor ordered to reward the nurses' supervisor( Rehab Ramdan Ahmed) in the kidney dept. for being there and following up the medical cases by paying three days of her salaryas bonus . On the other hand, the governor was very upset by the visitors that are all around the hospital without having the places of waiting.

      Also, the governor asked the health under-secretary Dr. Essam Amer to prepare schedule of the monitoring the hospitals at morning and night all over the governorate. As responding for the complaints of the workers in the hospital for being so far from the city, the governor decided to provide bus to transfer them to the hospital  from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.

      The manager of the hospital was given instructions to accelerate the procedures of operating on the poor without returning to the social affairs authority as long as they have no medical insurance and to intensify the maintenance of all the devices and equipment in the hospital.

      Before leaving the hospital, the governor confirmed on the necessity of making the patient feels in his home and the medical services will witness future transformation soon.
