The formed committee for accelerating the services in Sharkia has reached the agreement of preparing the demands of the strategic plan of the next five years, considering the demands of portable water, sanitation, electricity, irrigation, main town councils and neighborhoods as the main priorities.

 Also, the committee demanded the info& facilities network center of prep airing executive integrated plan to install all the facilities and to facilitate the procedures in order to achieve the desired performance and the execution of the governorate strategic plans.

The committee will send a note to the minister of transportation to exempt the services authorities from the annual as the national authority for portable water and sanitation, especially when the government has positive intention to carry this out.

One of the agreed missions is coordinating between the cities and neighborhoods and the electricity company to supply the necessary lands to install the electric engines with the encouragement of the citizens who will donate the lands or estimating suitable prices for their lands in order to accelerate the services accomplishment.

The committee will demand all the authorities that have digging works on the roads to repave these roads in order to decrease the costs and consider the suitable quality.

The general direction of executing and editing the strategic plans of the governorate to achieve the sustainable development in all the fields, led by the governor of Sharkia, has been  gratefully praised by the committee during the meeting.

The governor of Sharkia issued the decree of forming the committee to facilitate the governmental services and to solve any conflicts between the sectors, headed by the general assistant secretary, confirming on the obligating and enforceable decisions of the committee.
