During the monthly meeting with the hospitals mangers, the nursing officials, the pharmacology personnel, the responsible for the infection fighting and by the attending of Dr. Essam Amer, the general secretary of Health ministry in Sharkia, prof. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Al Sharkia confirmed that the emergency medicines for Corona& the H1N1 virus are available in the hospitable for the next 4 months, assuring that all the medical instrument and tools must be operated and maintained in the emergency rooms of the hospitals and the respirators must be fully used.

The governor declared” if there is any case of suspecting Corona infection, the citizens must inform the prevention rooms in Health department through phone no” 0552303595” to take the medical procedures and deliver the medicine.”

Moreover, the governor decided to have meeting the financial managers of the hospitals and the manager of the financial department in order to discuss the procedures of executing the medical professions cadre to be applied. Also, committee will be formed, by the pharmacology administration, to monitor the applying of quality standards in the pharmacies of the hospitals for 10 days.

The general secretary of health ministry was charged by the governor to accelerate and activate the electronic linking between the hospitals and the emergency services, to solve the problems in Menia Alqamh and Kafr Saqr, to draw the attention of the hospitals’ managers to send the emergency plan of developing the hospital during one year and the five years plan during the next three days to the governor to be used in preparing the strategic plan 2020.
