Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Al Sharkia has distributed loans for the widows, the handicapped and the families that need care by total of 350.000 EGP, presented by IICO (International Islamic Charity Organization) of Kuwait. The cases were investigated for assuring that they deserve the aids by the social solidarity in the governorate and the orphans' charity in Al aslogy.  The organization presented equipped bus, by costs of 170.000EGP, for the orphans' charity to be used in developing the charity resources.  

     Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Al Sharkia had a speech on the importance of civil work in the governorate for bridging the gap between the country abilities and the needs of the poor families, especially when the governorate is considered at the first level of the charity work.
