In his office in the governorate building, Prof. Said A. Ossman, governor of  Al sharkia has met the ambassador of Kosovo  Prof. Bakr Ismail to study the possibility of having twinning agreement between Al- Sharkia governorate and one of the provinces of the Republic of Kosovo… and establishing various economic and touristic projects. The two parties have exchanged the commemorative shields and reached the agreement of exchanging the visits to complete the twinning.
