 Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Al Sharkia declared in his speech in the seminar about the Egyptian economic challenges that face the next president, that Egypt needs the cooperation and collaboration between all the citizens besides changing the attitudes and methods of thinking in finding out different solutions out of the ordinary, indicating that there are job vacancies in 10th of Ramdan city and Alsalhyia Algadida city but the youth don’t prefer them over the governmental jobs.

The governor had met a woman that needed for her daughter a job to face the hard circumstances of life and when she had the opportunity to work in the private sector, she insisted on having governmental job.

The seminar was held in the youth center of Alqenayt city, by the attendance of Prof.

Dr. Salah Gouda, the economic expert, who presented clear and determined view to raise the level of the Egyptian economy by not neglecting the critical situation we have and working in various directions such as the mineral and fisheries resources and agriculture, referring that” exporting any raw materials is not allowed, especially the mineral resources and oil” is a decree to provide 1.8 million of job vacancies to the youth.

 He believed that it is the time to increase the importance of mineral resources and the monuments, whereas Egypt has the third of the monuments of the world , besides the roads of the holy family and the immigration of Bani Isreal that aren’t perfectly used yet and has huge mineral resources Governor of Sharkia decided to delay the solar lighting, whereas the costs of changing the street lamp will be 6000 EGP, while using the lamps produced by the arm forces decrease 70% of the power daily.

 Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman asked the citizens to change their attitudes in dealing with the wastes to separate it from the source, confirming that great efforts are exerted to provide 3 billion to carry out the sanitation projects in the governorate in order to overcome the disease of Kidney failure that comes out of pollution. “ Egypt needs the administration and the will to proceed and develop with having wise government that works out of the box with different view than the foregoing.

 We are able to achieve the unexpected and the impossible by science and leadership.” The governor elaborated.

Prof. Dr. Salah Gouda added that the lake of the high dam is able to provide fish for 51 countries of Africa which will reduces the prices to 5 pounds per kilo with great benefits to the sellers and merchandises. Also, the lake has 2 million of feddans full of Nile mud and 1.8 million feddans to be cultivated and planted for 100 years even if there is no rain. "we have stone wealth that is still sold by the process of 1956, whereas the tone of lime stone is sold for 19 piasters as well as the granite and marble. Also, it is necessity to define the profits of the foods, indicating that the government is obliged to provide the foods, the medicine, education and cloth to the people.” Prof. Dr. Salah Gouda completed his sayings by "the American grant proved the genius of Alsadat who could raise it to 2.3 billion annually, while it proved the corruption of Mubark system who did make use of it for his and his family benefits” About the energy and power, Prof. Dr. Salah Gouda asked to accelerate the installing of natural gas in houses during 90 days to decrease the subsidiary of the gas pipes, as the pipe costs almost 70 EGP per one.

For instance the hotels and resort have the subsided pipe by 8 EGP and the American ambassador is provided by 32 pipes. The citizens’ complains about the traffic jam on the roads of 10th of Ramdan city have been discussed and the governor assured that this phenomenon is being solved by completing Bordian Bridge by cost of 1 million EGP on the first of next June as well as Abo Arish tunnel that will be opened to the citizens during the next two months and finishing the road of Ramsis- Abo Hamad- Alasher to overcome the traffic jam on Belebis bridge.
