The meeting of the executive council had the agenda of today meeting to discuss the preparation for Rmadan month with all the departments and authorities all over the governorate.

Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Al sharkia decided to form operation room in the governorate building and the cities with the sectors of health, supplying, veterinary, and agriculture in order to monitor the supplying situation daily, provide all the stables needed for the citizens in the holy month, especially the bread and gas pipes.

 The governor announced having meat and stables kiosks with low prices by 25%, including setting up exhibition space of 5 feddans in Zagazig city and the army forces have their exhibits all over the governorate.

Also, the governor gave orders to change the time schedules of the bakeries with having trucks to distribute the bread over the villages that have no bakeries.

Moreover, the governor decided to cancel the vacations and holidays of the vital sectors in order not to have any delaying of presenting services to the citizens as well as the chairmen of the cities are responsible of presenting all the services to all the citizens.
