Dr. Said A. Ossman, the governor of Alsharkia decided formatting of a committee of financial and administrative inspection for restructuring the quarries project financially and administratively. The Committee also will review all of the financial operations of this important project and prepare a detailed report in a week and present it immediately to the governor.

     It also decided to open sub-account within the General Fund of the services to finally fund services after the review. Paying is not allowed unless the project manager is notified and there is approval of the higher authorities in the governorate.

     The governor said "develop a plan for these projects immediately must prepared to reach the break-even point and then achieving a surplus so the governor decided not to pay any bonuses from loss-making enterprises and restructure the transport, quarries and stations projects."

     "No budget will be done for any project unless it achieved the first phase in order to have surplus, therefore module of preparing the budget will be used in all the projects according to the strategic planning of the next 10 years in order to avoid any losses, indicating that the employees that have no missions are considered unemployment that must be redistributed to make the best use of the manpower." The governor added
