Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, the governor of Al Sharkia surprised today High Languages School for Girls in Zagazig to ensure the regularity of the educational process and discipline of the students inside the classroom.

Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia decided to overthrow both the principal of Kafr Saqr Secondary School For Boys and Undersecretary of the school because of the absent students as well as severe neglect in the school and the low level of cleanliness.

In the framework of celebrations of National Day, Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia, accompanied by Maj. Gen. Sami Sidehom, deputy governor and Maj. Gen. Yacob Imam, general secretary and Hisham Salem, director of the development of locals program, opened the technological center to serve the citizens in Zagazig first district as part of the development of government services program to provide services to citizens in a civilized and fast way and fight against corruption.

Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia asked the executive council to prepare a weekly report about the activities and tours that performed by each official at his workplace to be published on the website of Al Sharkia governorate in order to ease the burden on senior leadership.

Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia had stern warning to the head of the local unit in Al Talien to accumulate piles of garbage and because of the low level of cleaning in the streets of the village .
The governor made today a surprise tour in the local unit of Al Talien and ordered to take samples of drinking water for analysis in health laboratories to ensure their suitability for drinking after the complains of the people of bad condition and and unpleasant smell.

Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, the governor of Al Sharkia announced the allocation of Award for Entrepreneurship in for civil work by 50 thousand pounds, pointing out that there will be objective criteria to measure performance and evaluate the work of NGOs and choose the best ones and at the same time activating the necessary measures to deal with the non-active associations in the field of civil work.
This came during the opening session of the Scientific Conference, organized by the Faculty of Education, Zagazig University in collaboration with the Social Solidarity Directorate under the theme "The role of NGOs in sustainable development of Al Sharkia governorate" in the presence of General Secretary of the nongovernmental organizations and civil society.
The governor asked during the conference to prepare a new cadres of different mentalities dealing with NGOs and civil society organizations, government institutions and the private sector, and called for the establishment of a higher council for NGOs for coordination and integration among all associations to evaluate the performance and accountability for the advancement of civil work.
He concluded: "we are witnessing a political, economic and social movement for comprehensive reform in all fields", calling for conference participants to get out with the realistic recommendations and specific map to be implemented on the ground.
President of the University, Dr. Abdul Hakim Noureddine confirmed that the NGOs is the third partner in the development triangle .
Ali Abdel-Rahman, director of Social Solidarity Directorate, explained that the ministry is seeking to develop a future plan involving the preparation of data base for civil associations on a network to facilitate communication and networking. Comprehensive training program for board members will also be prepared and the establishment of volunteer centers to prepare the cadres to contribute in bringing about sustainable development.

Today Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, the governor of Al Sharkia signed a cooperation agreement with Dr. Ashraf Al-Arabi , Minister of Planning, Follow-up and administrative reform for the provision of government services in councils of the governorate and the centers, and neighborhoods in the International Fairs and Convention Centre in Nasr City.

As part of National Day celebrations, Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia opened a youth center in Bordain of Zagazig. The governor stressed on the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports on the need to make youth centers as Lighthouse and centers of attraction for young people to exercise all games and activities in the villages and, in turn, to address the ideas of destructive and educate young people about the nation's issues and the danger that surrounds it on all sides.

Within the framework of the celebration of World Disabled Day , Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, the governor of Al Sharkia honored number of persons with disabilities and those interested in the people with disabilities in the region.
Tawfiq Hammad, an consultant to the governor for civil affairs and disability, added that the celebration has been in partnership with qualitative union for associations with disabilities in Al Sharkia.
Dr. Adel Abdul Majeed, Chairman of the Board added that today includes honoring Al rowad training center for handicrafts for people with disabilities trainers and trainees as well as number of interested public figures people in disabilities.

Today Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia opened the intensive care unit of emergency department in Al Ahrar hospital at a cost of 650.000EGP financed by loyal and honest businessmen.
Governor of Al Sharkia emphasized his intention to set up a fund for the development of hospitals and health care to support the health sector in Al Sharkia.
While Dr. Khalid al-Banna, head of the intensive care department confirmed that section is carefully treat the patients to the fullest and 100% but we still need to increase the number of hospital medical equipment because of a large number of accidents.

Within the framework of preparations for Eid al-Adha, Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia decided to sign an instant fine of five thousand pounds on whom left wastes of slaughtering in public road and streets in order to preserve the environment from pollution and the governor warned heads of centers, cities and neighborhoods to collect the fine immediately and provide of papers to prove it.
This came during a meeting of the Executive Council today in the presence of Major General Sami Sidehom, deputy governor and Maj. Gen. Yacob Imam, the general secretary of the governorate and a number of heads of centers, cities, neighborhoods and the directors of directorates and services.
Dr. Redda Abdulsalam confirmed that there is considerable difference in the performance of the centers for the program of "your project", pointing out that the standard performance evaluation of the heads of the centers, cities and neighborhoods during the next phase is how to achieve tangible achievement in "your project" program, which aims to create jobs for young people.

Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education reviewed report on the preparations for the schools for the new school year, pointing to the end of the maintenance work by more than 80% of schools all over the governorate.
During the meeting, the governor assured on the availability of textbooks in schools where the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education confirmed that he received more than 90% of the allocated textbooks to Al Sharkia.
On the fight against the spread of tutoring centers, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education confirmed that he had addressed these centers by taking all legal actions against the violators.

As part of celebrations of AL Sharkia National Day, Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia, accompanied by Major General Yacob Imam, opened the health unit in Samakin Al gharb of Al Husseiniya Center.
Governor of Al Sharkia commissioned the Deputy Minister of Health to provide doctors and nursing staff to operate the new unit and to provide medical services to the citizens, as the governor stressed on the availability of all medicines and antibiotics within the pharmacy so that the patient does not purchase the necessary medication outside the unit.
The governor and the general secretary inspected development and decorations in the streets of Al Husseiniya Home Center, praising the aesthetic civilized face of the city.
And then Dr. Redda Abdulsalam went to Al Hosseinieh Central Hospital for the opening of the intensive care unit at the hospital. On the tune of flutes and drums, the people of Husseiniya received the governor for opening Sports Club in the presence of Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia had meeting with group of the young men of Faqous who assured their support to the governor in order to develop the center. They declared that the campaign of removing the vendors had great echo among the people of the center because of the traffic liquidity.

Within the framework of Al Sharkia National Day celebrations Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia opened today Monsha'ah Nasser School by cost of 3 million pounds. Also, the governor opened the Urban Medical Center in Awlad Saqr by cost of 3.2 million pounds. Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia announced the establishment of a factory for the manufacture of all printing inks types (offset) the industrial zone with a capital of 20 million pounds as a first stage.
Governor of Al Sharkia pointed out that this plant is the first of its kind in the Middle East and will be operated by German and South Korean experience and technology, provides the latest types of special inks to print books, magazines and newspapers, and contributes to provide more than 400 jobs for the people of Al Sharkia.

Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia issued strict instructions to all heads of local units to address full force on citizens encroaching on farmland, to edit records of violation and to remove the violations before they become difficult to remove.
