Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education reviewed report on the preparations for the schools for the new school year, pointing to the end of the maintenance work by more than 80% of schools all over the governorate.

During the meeting, the governor assured on the availability of textbooks in schools where the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education confirmed that he received more than 90% of the allocated textbooks to Al Sharkia.

On the fight against the spread of tutoring centers, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education confirmed that he had addressed these centers by taking all legal actions against the violators.

During the meeting, the representative of the Social Solidarity reviewed implementation of "My happy school bag" initiative provided by the Ministry of Social Solidarity through the provision of 3 thousand bags of Notebooks and school tools to be distributed in the poorest villages to ease the burden on the simple people and gain joy and happiness for the students.

on the other hand,Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia issued Decree No. 10430 of 2015 for formation of a central committee at the governorate level, headed by general secretary and the formation of sub-committees under the chairmanship of head of the centers in order to collect the leather of the slaughtering in yards in which Eid prayers will be held, youth centers, local units and Agricultural associations, to be sold for the favor of C virus patients in coordination with the Ministries of Awqaf.
