The evening Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia toured suddenly the streets of Zagazig city and noted fruit shops, and" Nejma Al Sharkia" cafe next to the railway wall violating the street. The governor decided to assgin instant fine of 5,000 pounds from Tahrir Square until Orabi Square.
Also, Governor of Al Sharkia saw the accumulation of garbage in Orabi Square and the vendors in Al Bosta Street and contacted Colonel Ali Maher, facilities police director and head of Zagazig first District to raise all occupancies in Orabi Square Bosta Street of Zagazig.

This evening Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia toured suddenly and unexpectedly the Central Hospital of Hehia and did not find the doctors except the doctor of intensive and nurse care to receive medical conditions in Reception Department and contacted director of the hospital who came during the visit of the governor.
The health management director and Hehia Central Hospital director as well as the head of the surgery were referred to investigation immediately and ordered to take all legal actions towards them.
The patients praised the unexpected visit of the governor to the hospital and expressed their overwhelming joy and prayed for his success in the performance of work.

Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia had sudden visit to the fish farms in Al Hesanyia where he found out a disaster as one of the owners use the wastes of animals and begs as fertilizers to the fish. The governor decided to refer the owner to public investigation and to close the farm as well as intensifying the campaigns on the other farms.
Also, the governor of Al Sharkia went to visit Um Al mo’menin elementary school and didn’t find the principal and the teachers in the program of developing reading skills for the students. Therefore, the governor decided to transfer them to investigation after finding piles of garbage around the school.

Despite the high temperature Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia met the people of the village Tariq ibn Ziyad in Al Hosseinieh center, which was not visited by an official before.
In Health Care Unit, the governor was surprised that the director, all the doctors and nursing staff were absent and decided to refer the whole crew to immediate investigation.
The governor assigned the director of Health Directorate to quickly study places that can be used as points of ambulances in Al Husseiniya center to meet future demands by increasing ambulance points on Hosseinieh ways to cope with critical situations and frequent accidents.
Governor said that Al Husseiniya center occupies 38% of the governorate and need a lot of services and will be in the next phase in the spot light .
The governor also visited Tariq ibn Ziyad water plant and the private lab station to make sure water safety for citizens, and a request to urgently study the possibility of expanding the water plant to meet the citizens' complaint.
The governor also referred all employees of Agriculture association to investigation because of manipulation in the distribution of fertilizer to farmers and lack of equitable distribution as well as negligence in the storage method, which leads to the corruption of the product, and the governor asked to open the stores but the secretary did not attend therefore the governor decided refer him for investigation.
Governor said that the absence of efficient administration in the state institutions in Egypt led to widespread corruption, neglect and this was confirmed by a visit today to Al Husseiniya.

Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia commissioned the head of the city of Abu Kabier center in coordination with the traffic director to transfer the car park outside the city no later than tomorrow, so as to open the street to traffic and pedestrians.

Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia will lead at ten in the morning on Tuesday la massive march in front of Al Sharkia Stadium to roam the streets of Zagazig, to celebrate the opening of the new Suez Canal, with the participation of Major General Khaled Yahya, director of security, and popular leaders amid the people.
Governor of Al Sharkia called all spectrums of the people to celebrate this historic event by lifting the flags on the houses and balconies.
Dr. Redda Abdulsalam stressed that the new Suez Canal project is marvelous Legend by all standards and that exceeds the economic value, including achieving national and moral gains as it reveals the enormous Egyptians are on challenge, and reverses the size of their will to reach this important milestone on schedule and elaborately tremendous work as a result of Egyptian system.
The governor pointed out that the governorate and its leadership participated in the development of Cairo/Ismailia Desert Road at distance of 22 km, whereas the implementation of all maintenance work and paving of the road and beautifying will be completed before the opening day in front of visitors from Cairo Airport

Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia decided to withdraw the process of building Al Sahfa bridge at Mashtool Al souq center and to assign another contractor for the immediate implementation to finish the process after ten days, due to the failure of the ex- contractor, who began in March 4th , 2014 and was scheduled for completion in the 4th June 2015, and for the failure, the contractor was fined . then, the governor decided to withdraw the process immediately and give it to another contractor who will finalize the process to open the bridge for the citizens and the traffic after ten days.
The governor pointed out that there is no complacency with any contractor or company fail in the implementation of the works and are taking legal action about it immediately in order to preserve public money and work on the rest of the citizens.

Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia launched initiative of Life Makers for blood donation to meet the shortage (Phase III) in the headquarters of Misr Public Library in the presence of a large number of youth and life-makers to provide more than two thousand bags of blood a month to all hospitals in the governorate.
The governor asked the young to participate in all development projects and service such as garbage collection project and other constructive projects, pointing out that New Egypt on its way to complete the road map and moving steadily towards a better future.
Dr. Redda Abdulsalam expressed his happiness to participate in ambitious initiative to encourage the young to make AlSharkia honorable model among all governorates of the Republic.

Implementation of the instructions and guidance of Eng. Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia had stern warning to the head of the local unit in Al Talien to accumulate piles of garbage and because of the low level of cleaning in the streets of the village .
The governor made today a surprise tour in the local unit of Al Talien and ordered to take samples of drinking water for analysis in health laboratories to ensure their suitability for drinking after the complains of the people of bad condition and and unpleasant smell.

Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia asked the executive council to prepare a weekly report about the activities and tours that performed by each official at his workplace to be published on the website of Al Sharkia governorate in order to ease the burden on senior leadership.
The governor asked the heads of centers, cities and neighborhoods, and the directors of departments to follow-up complaints received on social networking sites to be solved to meet the needs of citizens.
The governor said: 'I give full powers for each official in a position to follow up the work and take the necessary decisions to sweep the country of corrupt and defeatists."

Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia announced the establishment of a factory for the manufacture of all printing inks types (offset) the industrial zone with a capital of 20 million pounds as a first stage.

Dr. Redda Abdulsalam stressed that the main reason for the setback in Egypt is bureaucratic administrative apparatus of the state, pointing out that the efficient administration is absent in the state institutions and make the possible to be impossible and he added that it is necessary for screening this device and the expulsion of the corrupt and venal.
The governor asked the executive body of the Council to send the names of all the corrupt and venal to be dismissed immediately, pointing to an urgent meeting with the heads of cities and local units to discuss ways to address the phenomenon of encroachment on agricultural land.
The governor announced for a magnifying campaign tomorrow in coordination with the agriculture, land protection, centers, cities, and Directorates due to the increased encroachment on agricultural land, the campaign will focus on the removal of encroachments on the main roads and hard cases where the percentage of removal of encroachments on the governorate level reached 33%.

Today, Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia received in his office the executive and security leaders, Islamic and Christian clerics, businessmen, the media men who came to congratulate him on the National Day of the governorate.
Al Sharkia celebrates National Day anniversary, corresponding to the anniversary of ninth the September as Orabi rebellion anniversary.
The governor and his guests watched the celebrations, begining with the military march at ten in the morning
There was motorcyclists from traffic police parade and displaying the flag of Egypt with length of 50 meters and military music as well as the holders of the flags from Youth and Sports Directorate that offered hockey, Karate, gymnastics and athletics groups of young people.
Zagazig University also participated by students from the faculties of Physical Education, for boys and girls. Then, artistic dance performed by folk art team from Zagazig Culture Palace and Arab horses presented dance of the beauty and breading of horses.
Then, the centers of the governorate offers cars representing environmental character which is famous of, especially Al qourain City decorated car with palms which is a symbol of what the city is famous for its fruitful palm trees.
As the city of Abu Kabir decorated car with papyrus from the car, that is famous for its village Tookh Alaqramous.
Finally, the activities of the first day to celebrate in front of the Court building was ended by panorama of leader Ahmed Orabi wielding his sword in front of Khedive Tawfiq to meet the nation and military demands was presented by grandchildren of leader Orabi from the village.
The governor said in his speech:" time has come to know where our children in every part of the country, east and west parts of the Orabi revolution and the national hero purpose of building and supporting the Egyptian Nation and achieve independence".

As part of National Day celebrations, Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia opened a youth center in Bordain of Zagazig. The governor stressed on the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports on the need to make youth centers as Lighthouse and centers of attraction for young people to exercise all games and activities in the villages and, in turn, to address the ideas of destructive and educate young people about the nation's issues and the danger that surrounds it on all sides.

As part of celebrations of AL Sharkia National Day, Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia, accompanied by Major General Yacob Imam, opened the health unit in Samakin Al gharb of Al Husseiniya Center.
