Today Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, the governor of Al Sharkia signed a cooperation agreement with Dr. Ashraf Al-Arabi , Minister of Planning, Follow-up and administrative reform for the provision of government services in councils of the governorate and the centers, and neighborhoods in the International Fairs and Convention Centre in Nasr City.

The governor added that this agreement enables the establishment of centers for the performance of government services on behalf of the citizens and the receipt of documents and required papers and fees legally due from the citizen and the follow-up actions until full access to the service through the allocation of port for each City Council to achieve the government services on behalf of the citizen.

And the governor explained that under this agreement, the governorate shall be entitled to determine the fees in exchange for providing the service in accordance with the nature of the dimension for the government entity.

For his part, Minister of Planning confirmed that the ministry is obliged to issue the necessary licenses and registration and hold personal interviews for selection of applicants for the exercise of activity as well as the training of staff and representatives on the controls and procedures required for the implementation of government services.
