This came during the minister and number of farmers' meeting to discuss the demands of the farmers in the framework of the minister's visit to inspect the work of the implementation of the collection and recycling of rice straw and the new system developed by the Ministry of the Environment ....

The minister said that the ministry signed a protocol with the Ministry of Agriculture and the Social Fund for the project of young farmer and said " the project aimed at the son of the farmer where to be trained on the conversion of rice straw for fertilizers, explaining that young farmers can work as agents and can have soft loans from the Social Fund, adding that the ministry aims to enlarge the number of citizens on training to recycle rice straw ....

The minister toured number of rice straw recycling sites in the centers of the governorate and met the farmers and supervisors of those sites.

The Minister accompanied by Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia and Maj. Gen. Sami Sidehom Deputy governor and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture to inspect the collection of rice straw in Alqnayat city...

Also, they toured the ongoing construction in Almuslimh canal in Zagazig region where the governor stressed the importance of bridging the canal that is one of the major projects undertaken by the governorate in order to serve the people.
