Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia asked the executive council to prepare a weekly report about the activities and tours that performed by each official at his workplace to be published on the website of Al Sharkia governorate in order to ease the burden on senior leadership.

The governor asked the heads of centers, cities and neighborhoods, and the directors of departments to follow-up complaints received on social networking sites to be solved to meet the needs of citizens.

The governor said: 'I give full powers for each official in a position to follow up the work and take the necessary decisions to sweep the country of corrupt and defeatists."

This came during the meeting of the Executive Council with General Sami Sidehom, deputy governor and Maj. Gen. Yacob Imam, general secretary of the governorate, pointing out that the country will not change, but by following this method.

Governor also instructed the heads of the centers, cities and local units to adjust the roads and to remove of dust and garbage and as well as raising the efficiency of lampposts and acts of cleaning and beauty.

During the meeting, the governor issued instructions to heads of cities not to launch or paving roads bids to the private sector contractor until decisions are taken then.

And Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia decided to prepare a special file includes decisions and directives, and the instructions issued since he took the charge of the governorate so far and to be sent to all heads of centers, cities, districts and local units to be the Constitution of work.
