Within the framework of the National Day celebrations, Al Goma'ah praying has been transmitted by Television live from Al Fatah Mosque in Zagazig.
Prof. Dr. Shawki Allam, Mufti of the Republic, Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Omar Hashim, the former President of the University of Al-Azhar, security and executive leaders, agents of ministries and bodies, the heads of Zagazig center, the first and second Zagazig districts and executive bodies attended the praying.
Dr. Ahmed Omar Hashem, threw the praying speech where he addressed the engagement of forgiveness, love, intimacy and security that prevail in the Holy Land during pilgrimage season now. Dr. Ahmad Omar Hashim asked Allah in his speech to bless Egypt and the people.
On the evening Dr. Redda Abdulsalam toured Orabi, Alqawmyiah squares and Farouk Street accompanied by Maj. Gen. Yacob Imam, general secretary of the governorate and head of the city of Zagazig Center. Governor of Al Sharkia noted the large number of street vendors and utilities police was assigned to raise the occupancy and to sign financial fines. Also, the governor noted cars going reverse the trend and ordered to withdraw their licenses and take legal action against them.
He also went to Zaki square near the governorate for the axis opening of a new traffic direction to the railway station. One of the citizens complained to the governor that there are cafes in Al qawmyiah Square trespassing on the campus of the street and immediately went by himself to this place, and commissioned the head of the neighborhood for inspection of their licenses and the signing of financial penalties.
Moreover, the governor went to Wadi Alniel Street and noted accumulations of garbage and warned the head of a second neighborhood for warning the owner of the place to have fence around the land in order to prevent accumulations of trash.
