Sudden visit by Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia to Hehia Central Hospital at midnight revealed that all air-conditioners of the intensive care have been broken for more than six months, resulting in poor ventilation and the governor decided immediately to take firm action against the responsible.
The governor found the presence of young doctors only and expressed the severity of the situation existing at the hospital, especially since this is not the first time for his visit.
During wandering in the sections of the hospital, the governor saw two dangerous cases that have no places at the hospital and immediately the governor contacted undersecretary of the Ministry of Health to prepare an ambulance to transfer the cases to Al Ahrar intensive care hospital to save them from certain death.
Also, the governor revealed a lack of CAT scan and BCR-ray device and met one of the citizens at the hospital who told him that the rural health units have no medicines.
