As part of National Day celebrations Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia, accompanied by Maj. Gen. Yacob Imam, the general secretary and executive and security leaders opened Al Sahfah bridge in Mashtool Al souq center at a cost of 3.8 million pounds, and the governor pointed to the bridge that helps in breaking the traffic jams in the city and connecting Al Sharkia/ Cairo/ AlQalubia.

Also, the governor of Sharkia, accompanied by head of Zagazig city laid the foundation stone for the square and the Museum of Al Fares "Knight" in Lakoz in the presence of the world Knight Hassan Ibrahim Azzazi. The governor showed strong desire to establish Chevalier City and the establishment of global festivals competitions of horses.

Moreover, Governor of Al Sharkia opened Agricultural Cooperative Association in Alaoasgah of Hehia center, which offers subsidized fertilizer and seeds for agricultural crops and farmers.

Governor stressed on the Director of Association and its staff not to close its doors in the face of farmers and not to manipulate the exchange courses of agricultural crops fertilizer  and subsidized seeds in order to take into account the interests of farmers and not to delay the farming seasons.
