In the case of the burning of rice straw, Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia confirmed that no complacency, mercy with who are burning rice straw in agricultural land , nor decline in the collection of the fine of 5 thousand pounds to one hundred thousand pounds as law enforcement.

Governor of Al Sharkia announced that the governorate contracted with Arab Organization for Industrialization in coordination with the Ministry of Environment to receive 150 pistons to be used for pressing rice straw, and the farmer will be paid for the rice straw from the state.

On the other hand, Dr. Redda Abdulsalam announced that it was agreed with Arab Organization for Industrialization to have an exhibition for products in Zagazig that aregood for the establishment of small and micro enterprises, discounting starts from 10 to 20% in order to encourage young people to set up small and micro projects whereas the governor approved for funding of these projects through " " Your Project" program in coordination with the local administration and the Social Fund, and the governor asked during the meeting of the Executive Council of cooperation between everyone to achieve this step.

Dr. Redda Abdulsalam stressed that the main reason for the setback in Egypt is  bureaucratic administrative apparatus of the state, pointing out that the efficient administration  is absent in the state institutions and make the possible to be impossible and he added that it is necessary for screening this device and the expulsion of the corrupt and venal.
The governor asked the executive body of the Council to send the names of all the corrupt and venal to be dismissed immediately, pointing to an urgent meeting with the heads of cities and local units to discuss ways to address the phenomenon of encroachment on agricultural land.

The governor announced for a magnifying campaign tomorrow in coordination with the agriculture, land protection, centers, cities, and Directorates due to the increased encroachment on agricultural land, the campaign will focus on the removal of encroachments on the main roads and hard cases where the percentage of removal of encroachments on the governorate level reached 33%.

The governor emphasized on the implementation of the earlier decision to confiscate Contractor equipment used in construction and building materials make sure to edit the records against the violators.

During the meeting, the governor commissioned the deputy governor to make urgent movement of the heads of local centers and rural units and the exclusion of defaulters and sleeping in order to pay labor and production wheel.
