Al Sharkia sons gathered in front of the governorate building and in all public areas in Zagazig and cities of the governorate today, expressing great joy for the opening of the new Suez Canal by dancing, music, flutes and Horse dance and men, women, youth and children waving flags on cars and scooters in every place. they say, This is a victory for Egypt and the second transit of the Suez Canal new.

Young people also met with Heads, kings, princes, ministers and ambassadors of states, who came to participate in the opening ceremony of the new Suez Canal by way of Cairo/ Ismailia Desert (Tenth of Ramadan).

Today Dr. Redda Abdulsalam, Governor of Al Sharkia participated in the opening of the new Suez Canal at the head of a delegation of the people of the governorate, accompanied by Maj. Gen. Yacob Imam, general secretary of the governorate and some public figures from the governorate.
