Title:Immediate response of a complaint about the presence of a dilapidated column, Khalwa Abu Muslim- Abu Hammad

In implementation of the directives and instructions of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Al Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, which are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, WhatsApp, and websites, in addition to field follow-up, interacting with citizens, listening to their problems, and working to solve them. In order to preserve the lives of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system responded to the complaint received via WhatsApp from the complaints system of the Council of Ministers, in which citizens in the village of Khalwa Abu Muslim in the center and city of Abu Hammad were harmed by the presence of a tilted electricity pole that could fall on the main road that connects the village of Khalwa Abu Muslim to neighboring villages. Which threatens citizens passing by and exposes their lives to the danger of death and theft. Immediately, the director of the electronic portal contacted the leadership of the center and city of Abu Hammad to quickly resolve the complaint. An on-site inspection was carried out and the electrical connections were examined. Accordingly, the validity of the complaint was revealed. Immediately, a new pole and a new lighting spotlight were planted and installed to replace the damaged one, and the road was illuminated in order to preserve the lives of the citizens. The residents expressed their happiness for the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the governor of Al-Sharkia and the concerned authorities.
