Title:An immediate response to a dilapidated columncomplaint, Jazirat Al-Shafi’i, Awlad Saqr

In implementation of the directives and instructions of Professor Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Sharqia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, which are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, WhatsApp, and websites, in addition to field follow-up, interacting with citizens, listening to their problems, and working to solve them. In order to preserve the lives of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system in Sharqia responded to the complaint received via WhatsApp from the complaints system of the Council of Ministers, in which the citizen (A.A.T.), residing in the village of Jazirat Al-Shafi’i in the center and city of Ouled Saqr, was harmed by the presence of a dilapidated electricity pole on the main road, which threatens passers-by. of citizens and exposes their lives to the danger of death and theft. Immediately, the director of the electronic portal contacted the Canal Electricity Distribution Company in the Eastern Province to quickly resolve the complaint. An on-site inspection was carried out and the electrical connections were examined. Accordingly, the complaint was confirmed to be valid. Immediately, a new pole was dispensed and installed to replace the damaged one, and the road was illuminated in order to preserve the lives of citizens. The residents expressed their happiness for the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the Governor of Al-Sharqiya and the concerned authorities.
