Title:Immediate response of a complaint about a broken sewage pipe, Al-Sowa

In implementation of the directives and instructions of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, which are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, WhatsApp, and websites, in addition to field follow-up, interact with citizens, listen to their problems, and working to solve them. In order to preserve the lives of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system in Al-Sharkia responded to the complaint received via WhatsApp from the complaints system of the Council of Ministers, in which the citizen (M.M.T.) was harmed on the religious institute street in the village of Al-Sawh of Abu Hammad , due to the leakage of sewage on the middle institute street. Secondary school and Al-Sowh Youth Center have become a source that threatens their lives and exposes them to danger. Immediately, the director of the electronic portal contacted the presidency of the center and city of Abu Hammad to quickly resolve the complaint, and after a physical inspection and examination of the complaint, the presidency of the center reported the completion of the repair work in order to preserve the lives of citizens. The complainant expressed his happiness at the quick and immediate response to solve the problem and thanked the Governor of Al Sharkia and the concerned authorities.
