In implementation of the directives and instructions of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Al Sharkia, on the necessity of permanent and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, which are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, WhatsApp, and websites, in addition to field follow-up, interacting with citizens, listening to their problems, and working to solve them.
In order to preserve the lives of citizens, the director of the electronic portal for the unified government complaints system responded to the complaint received via WhatsApp from the complaints system of the Council of Ministers, in which the people of the village of Bahnbai of Al Qanayat, are harmed by the failure to carry out the necessary maintenance for the electricity poles on Muhammad Al-Mawafi Street, where there is one electricity pole with a burning searchlight, which threatens citizens and puts their lives at risk of death
Immediately, the director of the electronic portal contacted the leadership of the center and city of Zagazig to quickly resolve the complaint. An on-site inspection was carried out and the electrical connections were examined, and accordingly, the searchlight was repaired and the necessary maintenance was carried out on the poles in order to preserve the lives of the citizens.
