Al Sharkia Governor, Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, issued his instructions to immediately respond to citizens' complaints received on the portal of the unified government complaints system located on Al Sharkia portal and social networking pages "Facebook" for Al Sharkia. In this context, a complaint in which he was damaged by the light pole about to fall in Abdulaziz Alwan Street, next to Sami Fathi School in Belbeis Center, which poses a threat to the lives of passers-by. The director of the electronic portal communicating with the head of the electricity company and coordinating with the presidency of Belbeis Center and City to take the necessary action, the workers in Belbeis Electricity and the Lighting Department headed by the center were immediately moved to the site and a new electricity pole was planted instead of the dilapidated one.
