Title:An immediate response to the village of "Bahr Al-Baqar" in the "Al-Hussainia" center due to the bad condition of the Bahr Al-Baqar Bridge

Prof. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Al-Sharkia, has instructed to respond promptly and quickly to citizens' complaints that are received through the unified governmental complaints system on the electronic portal and the social media "Facebook" pages of Al-Sharkia Governorate, In addition to field follow-up, contacting citizens, listening to their problems and working to solve them.

The Director of the Unified Governmental Complaints System in Al-Sharkia responded to the complaint of the people of the village of Bahr al-Baqar in Al-Husainia center, about the poor condition of the Bahr al-Baqar Bridge and the possibility of it collapsing due to the high water level following the fall of the rains, knowing that the rainwater spoiled the agricultural crops and flooded some homes last year.

Through the government complaints system, contact and follow-up was made with the Central Administration of the East of Delta Drainage Region, and in follow-up with Al-Sharkia Drainage Department for a complaint about the high levels of water in the Bahr Al-Baqar Drainage, which stated that the area is located at the Bahr Al-Baqar Drainage at 46,500 km.

The bridges levels of the drain were raised from the two lands from 43,000 to 47,000 km, as well as all the lower sites along the drain, and the water levels are currently at the safe limits.
