Prof. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Al-Sharkia, has instructed to respond promptly and quickly to citizens' complaints received through the unified governmental complaints system available on the electronic portal and the social media "Facebook" pages of Al-Sharkia Governorate.

In this context, and in response to the complaints and help of citizens received through the unified governmental complaints system for Al-Sharkia Governorate, It is a complaint was received from the citizens and resolved in which they were affected by the presence of open cesspit in the main Farouk Street in front of Ashraf Saeed Pharmacy, in the city of Zagazig, which endangers the lives of citizens and passers-by.

The director of the Al-Sharkia portal communicated with the Presidency of the First Zagazig district, and by inspecting on the site, it was found that it is a room for the Telephone Authority, and the authority’s official was contacted to take quick action and do the best for removing the reasons of the complaint.
