In order to preserve citizens' lives, the head of E portal of Unified Governmental Complaints System in Al-Sharkia responded to the complaints of Faqous citizens about the presence of street vendors spreading over the railways and upon the arrival of the train, the street vendors rush to carry their stuff to leave a place for the next train to pass by, which is considered danger to citizens' lives.

Immediately, the head of the portal contacted the Ministry of Transport and the Railways Authority to expedite the resolution of the complaint. A campaign was launched by Utilities Police and the street vendors were removed over the railroad tracks to preserve their lives.

The people expressed their happiness with the immediate response in resolving the problem and thanked Al-Sharkia governor and the concerned authorities.
