-The price of the terms booklet is 299 pounds, and the initial insurance is 5000 pounds.
- Bids shall be submitted in two envelopes, one technical and the other financial.
- Insurance increases in the event of anchorage to 10%.
-Bids that are not accompanied by a preliminary insurance or that are received after the specified date at twelve noon at the Contracting Department at the General Diwan will not be considered.
- Any bid that violates the previous clauses will be excluded without giving the reason.
- Law 182/ 2018 and its executive regulations apply to this auction. |
