Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, confirmed the continuation of the second phase of the 25th wave, which aims to remove illegal encroachments on agricultural lands and state property within the governorate. This is in implementation of the President's directives to preserve state property, remove encroachments, and enforce the state's authority over its lands. The Governor explained that executive agencies, in coordination with security services, have cut off public utilities to homes illegally constructed on state property.
The work resulted in the removal of five encroachments totaling 509 square meters and one encroachment on one qirat within the governorate (Zagazig, Awlad Saqr, and Minya Al Qamh).
The Governor of Sharkia indicated that the governorate, with all its agencies, will spare no effort in enforcing the law against encroachments on agricultural lands and state property, confronting any attempts at unlicensed random construction, asserting the state's authority, and taking all legal measures to prevent the recurrence of encroachments after their removal.
