Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouny, Sharkia Governor, emphasized that the governorate strives to invest the free time of youth of all ages in a way that contributes to their physical and intellectual preparation, while developing their abilities and skills in various fields. This is achieved through the implementation of literary and cultural competitions that help them think and create, raise their intellectual and cultural level, and direct their energies for the benefit of society.
For his part, Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Azim, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, explained that the Ministry's Central Administration for Youth Development has launched the "Ambassadors Against Corruption" Creative Competition, with the aim of instilling correct and objective concepts for combating corruption in the areas of (rejecting violence, combating fraud, non-discrimination, reducing harassment, responsibility, and confronting rumors).
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports added that the competition includes several categories, as follows:
Short stories, poetry, song composition, TikTok, and promotional video (promo).
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports indicated that the winning entries will be honored at the program's closing ceremony, with each participant receiving a cash prize of EGP 1,000. He noted that the competition's conditions for participation are:
▪ Participants must be 7:18 years old.
▪ All submitted works must be written and drafted by the participant.
▪ Participants must not have previously participated in any other competitions in the aforementioned categories. Similar, copied, or uploaded works from the internet will be excluded.
▪ All entries may be submitted in any competition. The competition topics may be combined.
▪ Submissions must be submitted to the General Administration of Youth Affairs at the Youth and Sports Directorate on a CD, accompanied by a photocopy of the birth certificate and the participant's phone number, or via email at the following link:
