Today, Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouny, Governor of Sharkia, met with (14) citizens from the most vulnerable families and people with disabilities from various centers, cities and villages of the governorate, to listen to their problems in nature and provide the necessary solutions in coordination with all concerned authorities, in the meeting hall of the General Diwan, within the framework of his keenness to communicate directly with citizens and stand on their needs. During the meeting, the governor assigned the directors of service directorates and undersecretaries of the ministry to provide the necessary services and respond to the requests submitted within the limits permitted by law to help citizens bear the burdens of life and alleviate the suffering on their shoulders. The meeting included a presentation of citizens' requests, which were represented in (suitable jobs in the private sector - Takaful and Karama pension - providing suitable housing - treatment - urgent and monthly assistance) from the centers of (Zagazig - Hehia - Abu Kabir - Belbeis - Kafr Saqr - Minya Al Qamh) and the cities of Al Qanayat and 10th of Ramadan. After reviewing the complaints and requests and examining the competent authorities, the governor decided: •Providing 11 job opportunities in the private sector according to the health status and social circumstances of the cases. •Speeding up the issuance of the Takaful and Karama visa and integrated services cards for eligible cases after registering on the system. •Giving all citizens attending the meeting a coupon in the amount of (500) pounds to buy their needs from one of the stores, as part of the initiative launched by the Agricultural Bank of Egypt to support the most needy families during the holy month of Ramadan. •Disbursing urgent and monthly assistance to 9 cases, ranging in duration from 4 to 6 months, according to social research on the cases. •Disbursing an amount of 10 thousand pounds to one of the families most in need of care to establish a project. •Covering school expenses for the children of 3 cases. •Providing health care and free treatment for (4) cases. •Providing suitable housing for one case.
