Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Al-Sharkia, clarified the continuation of implementing the third phase of the 22nd wave to remove the illegal encroachments on the agricultural lands and the state property within the governorate, according to the instructions of President of the Republic to preserve the state property, remove the encroachments on it and impose the state’s prestige on its lands.

The governor indicated that the executive agencies, in coordination with the security services removed 32 encroachment cases with an area of 2,226 square meters of buildings, 4 encroachment cases with an area of 1 acre, 13 karat and 18 shares on agricultural lands and state property within the governorate.

The Governor confirmed that the governorate and all its agencies will spare no effort in applying the law on the offenders on the agricultural lands and state property, facing any attempt of random building without a license , imposing the prestige of the state and taking all the legal procedures to prevent the encroachments from returning again after being removed.
